NOTICE FOR NOMINATION FILING Date: June 12, 2025
The Samata Global Senate Election Commission is calling for Nominations of candidates for the Executive Board of Directors (BOD). The Samata Global Senate Election Commission is pleased to announce the official call for nominations from eligible Samata Global Senators for the following positions on the Executive Board of Directors:
President
Senior Vice President
Vice President (2 positions)
Secretary
Treasurer
Member (4 positions)
Nomination Submission Form and Requirements:
The nomination document must include the following details.
Interested candidates should download the nomination form as prepared by the Election
Commission.

NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES:
The nomination paper must contain the signatures of the candidate nominating and the senator
Seconding the nomination. The completed nomination document must be submitted via email to the
Chair of the Election Commission at: goupreti@gmail.com
Interested senators are encouraged to file their nominations within the stated period. The nomination documents are posted on the official Samata Global Senate website after verification by the Election Commission. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact the Election Commission.

Thursday, June 19, 2025 (12:00 pm): Nomination Filing Deadline
Thursday, Jun 26, 2025 (12:00 pm) (72 hours): Verification of all
nominations by the Election Committee
Wednesday, July 02, 2025 (8:00 pm): Publish Qualified Candidate Lists – Challenge the validity
of nomination is open until Monday, July 07, 2025
Monday, July 07, 2025: Last day to challenge the validity of nomination.
Tuesday, July 08, 2025 – List of Validated Candidates up for Election! (Withdrawal open until July 10, 2025, 5:00 pm ET)
List of Validated Candidates – Published!
Wednesday, July 10, 2025 (5:00 pm ET): Last date of withdrawal from Candidacy
Friday, July 11, 2025: Publish Final Lists of Validated Candidates after Withdrawal
Note: After reviewing withdrawal applications, result is unanimous and there is no need for voting. Official results will be published soon by the election committee
